Liam graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2009. He began working at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne focusing on the orthotic treatment for a wide range of paediatric pathologies including, deformational plagiocephaly, hip dysplasia and cerebral palsy. Liam then spent the next year and-a-half as a locum Orthotist working in the UK treating a range of adult and paediatric patients where he gained great insight into alternative orthotic methods for casting, fabrication and fitting.
In 2014, Liam returned to Melbourne and joined the team at oapl. His areas of expertise include paediatrics, diabetic foot management and adult fracture management and is passionate about new and emerging technologies like the STARband cranial remodelling helmets.
