The Australian Orthotic Prosthetic Association (AOPA) Consumer Experience Program is a nation-wide consumer feedback and benchmarking program for Australian orthotic/prosthetic service providers. 

Here at oapl, we are committed to providing you with the best experience possible. Your feedback helps us know what is working well and how our services can be improved to ensure you're leaving our clinics happy.

 

What does this mean for you?

If you are attending an appointment for the fitting of a new orthosis or prosthesis, we will ask you for permission to share your contact details with our third-party survey provider, Cemplicity, so they can send you the survey.

Please note: this is entirely voluntary and you are not required to partake in this feedback process if you do not wish to.
