OAPL custom fabrication facility
OAPL's main facility at Fitzroy, VIC, houses a state of the art Custom Fabrication Workshop. All aspects of custom orthoses can be manufactured such as traditional metal AFOs/KAFOs and expertly crafted shoe modifications.
Thermoplastic vacuum moulding is a specialty with a Becker Orthopedic "Vacstation" in operation. AFOs, KAFOs, CRO Walkers and spinal body jackets are routinely thermo-moulded to exacting specifications.
The Facility accepts Central Fabrication orders from external Orthotic Facilities.
